Ya’ll, have you seen these sport cars for females that are supposedly coming out in 2024? I mean, I’m not one to stereotype, but I’m pretty sure they aren’t marketing these to us ladies because they think we can’t handle a real sports car like the menfolk. Am I right?

Now, I have to admit, this thing looks pretty cool. I wouldn’t mind taking it for a spin around the block. But why do they have to market it as a car “for females”? Can’t we just enjoy a sports car without the gendered marketing?

Okay, so maybe talking about mortgages isn’t the most exciting thing ever, but if you’re in the market for a house like I am, you’re probably paying attention to these sorts of things. Apparently the OSFI is making some changes to their guidelines, but of course they’re defending them, because why change something that’s been working so well for so long? Eye roll.

Have any of you seen this new Cadillac Lyriq? It’s supposed to be super fancy and futuristic. I’m not really a car person, but I have to admit, this thing is pretty impressive. And it’s electric, so that’s cool too.

Apparently the OSFI is also concerned about climate change, and they’re launching a consultation on how it might affect the financial sector. It’s kind of cool to see them taking this seriously, even if it feels like they’re probably just jumping on the bandwagon like everyone else.
